Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The perfume bottle nozzle is not functioning (without physical damage), provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Returns
The product must be returned in its original condition, with:
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- The product free from physical damage (other than issues reported at delivery).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
- Items missing their original packaging, accessories, or tags.
- Products with missing, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3 – 5 business days of approval.
Replacement Policy
If eligible, we will issue a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.
